<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>21</strong> Central Arkansas Heart Walk: The American Heart Association has been holding the Central Arkansas Heart Walk for over 20 years now. It&#8217;s a non-competitive walk that raises money to fight the number one and three killers of Arkansans, heart disease and stroke. Hundreds of survivors and supporters will meet, greet, and walk for a common cause on April 21st. New this year, the Arkansas Heart Hospital Cardiac Classic allows participants to cycle, if you&#8217;d rather pedal your way to heart health. North Little Rock&#8217;s own Burns Park will be the scenery for both the ride and the walk. Experienced riders should show at 7 a.m. for a 50 mile bike ride. Race begins at 8 a.m., followed by live entertainment and hayrides to Pumpkin Hill&#8217;s hay fort. Kicking off the Park&#8217;s fall festivities, Wildwood welcomes runners to a morning fun run beginning at the Promenade at Chenal and ending with a victory lap inside Wildwood Park. Children and dogs, too, are welcome to participate in a 1K run through Wildwood&#8217;s unique botanical gardens. RunWILD will host an assortment of activities including entertainment by Radio Disney&#8217;s Rockin&#8217; Road Show, with music, games, prizes and give a ways, free hayrides to Pumpkin Hill where a pumpkin patch, a free pumpkin for every child, and a hay fort.
